Returns & Exchanges
At Pusser's Rum, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right. Due to the nature of alcohol sales, we can only accept returns on items that are defective or shipped in error within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your spirits or merchandise.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For damaged goods, please attach clear photos of the packaging and the bottle's seal to help us expedite your claim with the carrier.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to our error.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned items at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
