Where do you ship your rum products?
We currently ship to most states within the US and select international destinations. Please note that due to local regulations, some regions may have restrictions on direct-to-consumer alcohol deliveries.
What is the signature 'Gunpowder Proof' blend?
Our Gunpowder Proof is a traditional Royal Navy style rum, bottled at 54.5% ABV. It is crafted exactly to the Admiralty’s specifications used for over 300 years.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, all alcohol deliveries require the signature of an adult aged 21 or older. The carrier will not leave the package unattended at your door.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your bottle arrives damaged or leaking, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Are Pusser's Rum products gluten-free?
Yes, Pusser's Rum is distilled from pure sugar cane molasses and contains no gluten. Our rums are also free of artificial flavors and sugar additives.
